What data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you're interested in (optional), and your message. We do not use cookies or trackers on this site beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.
Why we collect it
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a project moves forward, to communicate with you about that project. Our legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up (typically no longer than 24 months), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Access is restricted to Cadreago staff via authenticated login.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email help@cadreago.tech and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
